Thats not good to hear @outlander I thought the op was meant to help not hinder. 

I wish there was something I could do to help you sweetheart.  Can you take anything stronger or are you maxed out already?

The pain relief isnt really helping. Im finding it hard to chew atm as well. The problem is because of the nerve damage on the right side its to painful and uncomfortable to eat on that side so im forever eating on the left so the gums become sore on that side too. I have a little more dental work that needs to be done but cant till my insurance comes in. I also have a misaligned bite (which cant be corrected till i have the next procedures for the teeth) so im constantly getting sores ulcers and infection etc in there as well so its like a never ending cycle atm.

Ive taken the pain relief and put some gum gel on but the gel only lasts a few minutes which is a littlr frustrating.

It does sound like a never ending cycle hun @outlander I hope your insurance comes through soon so you can have the next op. Hopefully that helps you.

It must be tiring for you hun.

Insurance doesnt kick in until july next year because its classed as pre-existing condition @Snowie

Um no real plans. I know my sister is bored and i considered going for a ride. If the little sister gets her friend over i might go for a ride with other one now that theres 2 horses can ride between us.

Thats a long time to wait @outlander especially with the pain you are in.

A ride tomorrow sounds like a nice idea, I am sure your sister would enjoy it too. You are so good to your sisters hun

Thanks @Snowie i dont ride much anymore so might be nice. Thr iud i have causes alot of pelvic pain when i ride so ill need a few days to recover but its suppose to be nice tomorrow. Lofe just seems so boring repetitive but also so full too. Not sure if that makes sense

Will you have anything on tomorrow? Any groups or ect session?

Yeah that makes sense @outlander sometimes it is hard to deal with the same things day in day out.

Havent got much planned for tomorrow. Dont have ect till Monday and no groups on a Sunday. Might take some leave and go for a walk at least around the block. Will probably just try to entertain myself in my room. I brought in a few puzzle books and colouring books so will just do them.

Ah i see @Snowie colouring in and puzzles sound good then. I use to read the magazines and draw alot
Do you like reading magazines like the thats life and take 5 ones?

I like them for the puzzles @outlander but dont really read the articles.
