@Jhaneylena  yeah, I did this Thursday group for 6 months before but it's better to do 12 months apparently I'm just doing it again.   Hopefully I can get more out of it this time.

@Angels333  Well done. Can you reward yourself with something special?? That’s not a small achievement. Hope DBT is helpful, all you can do is try. Dropping off a coffee.

So glad you felt better after seeing your psychologist @Angels333 You have done really well Hon resisting those thoughts and it seems your psych really helped you out today - but you did all the hard work - well done you Heart

Thanks @Zoe7 It really has been a tough 24hrs.   I cried in my psychologist appt, let out a lot of emotion.   He definitely helps me.

Yesterday was a tough day giving into urges.      Today was better but I'm anxious about work tomorrow,  I think SH and my heightened anxiety is definitely connected. I'm feeling pretty low atm.

@Angels333  It’s been a really tough time for you with the funeral plus other things that happen on a day to day basis.

I hope there are some good moments at work today, and you can rest when you get home. Just one day at a time, or one moment at a time, easier said that done, I know. Sending lots of these and of course a wake up coffee. 💜💕💜💕💜
