@Jhaneylena yeah, I did this Thursday group for 6 months before but it's better to do 12 months apparently I'm just doing it again. Hopefully I can get more out of it this time.

So glad you felt better after seeing your psychologist @Angels333 You have done really well Hon resisting those thoughts and it seems your psych really helped you out today - but you did all the hard work - well done you

Thanks @Zoe7 It really has been a tough 24hrs. I cried in my psychologist appt, let out a lot of emotion. He definitely helps me.

@Angels333 It’s been a really tough time for you with the funeral plus other things that happen on a day to day basis.
