hey @Sparky79 just read your story. my heart is with you, i'm so sorry you've had to experience this. 

 

i can't imagine the pain and shock you must've felt. but i am really glad that you are safe at the moment, and that you both are getting support. the advice, i have for you is - take things one small step at a time. there's so much that happened and so many thoughts/feelings floating around, which can make things feel overwhelming. but just focus on lil goals each day, will help that load feel lighter. i can see so much strength in you, and you deserve kindness too. us humans, we make mistakes, we fall, but we can always get back up - you got this.
