I'm feeling better. I came home from.grocery shopping and made some food, fed the kids lunch. My husband had calmed down. I talked to him again about his meltdown and told him it hurts me when has these.
He apologised... I asked him for a hug and he gave me one. I wish he would stop before releasing his stress. But he just can't seem to do it. He was fine the rest of the afternoon but I had time away from.him too because I took the kids and doggie out for a walk. We talked to other friendly people and joined my parents in their walk so I felt so much lighter after being around peace and laughter. Posting here helped me pulled myself together and get on with the day. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 @Oaktree @tyme @Shaz51 @MJG017 and everyone else supporting and sending me hugs.
