The one thing that survivors of narcissistic abuse have in common is the same cycle.

All survivors go through the same process after the final discard, because we try to make logical reasoning for the abuser’s actions and you realise that there is no logic and there is nothing you could have done to change the outcome.

So forward it is. Recreate yourself and your life. There is no other option.
