Snowie was waiting on her daughter to go to sleep first. But she had taken her meds as have I.

I've asked my pyschologist last week to reinstate the weekend check ins from a helpline. They ring me Friday night through to Sunday night. I didn't realise it would be this weekend but it was. Tonight's counsellor wasn't that great. Last night was better. Had me in tears. I like having this service. I feel a little bit safer.
