Please help my depression is terrible I've been sick for 13 mths finally found antibiotics I can tolerate to help specialist told me go off them so U get sick then come and see me they have also lost my scans I've moved into a new house my dad is only 300 mt away dying and my husband is pressuring me for sex I wish it would all just go away

Hi @8888 ...I'm sorry to hear you've been sick for so long and that your depression is so bad. It sounds like you have an awful lot on your plate at the moment, which would be hard to deal with with the depression. I can understand you just want everything to go away. 

I'm afraid I don't know whether you are on meds for your depression? I'm concerned when you say your depression is so bad. 

I hope you can get some relief soon, @8888 .

Hey @8888 , it's great you're reaching out today as I can hear how much you've got going on and it sounds like you could do with some extra help.  The SANE help centre is open until 10pm tonight and the number is 1800 18 7263 or Lifeline 13 1 14 or Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467 might be an option.  Often talking to someone allows you to be heard and understood as well as working together on a plan for moving forward.  Take care and I hope you get the help it sounds like you need right now 💚

that's really tough, im really sorry to hear about how unwell you've been, your dad and the pressures in your relationship.

have you got any supports you can speak with like a psychologist about everything that's happening?

Thankyou pea means a lot my family haven't got my back can't cope with mental illness can only be bother with me when I'm ok the only support I've had for last 10yrs is my father He stood by me no matter what hes all I had and that's gone now he's so sick and I keep getting pictures in my head of what he's going through

@8888  you are obviously a good and caring daughter. Bittersweet how life does that makes the children the carers of their parents in the end..... I am up during the night most nights if you ever cannot sleep tag me and if I am around I will be there for you.
