im still struggling. Wanting things to be easier but there not getting easier at the moment. I'm just taking it day by day because that's all I can do when I'm at my worst. 
Constantly switching alters is very stressful at times but I still push through it. 
things are just horrible right now.

im getting through it slowly.

I'm not coping well, I'm just hiding away in my room doing a lot of art & craft & crying. I just want it to get eaiser not harder. It's really stressful.
