Feeling betrayed & shut out

How do l move forward when someone l dedicated absolute devotion & him vise versa with text great acts of love suddenly just cut me off? I feel suspended. Somedays l dont really feel anything. I hate how l feel. It fluctuates. I tell myself l wont feel like this forever..

It sounds like it was quite a sudden change in behaviour too, from care to cutting you off. That's a really hurtful way to end things and it's completely understandable that you'd feel that way.

It is important to remember that this will pass, like you mentioned. I know that it really hurts now, but it won't be this way forever
