pre amble to hot night here. decided to have a few drinks . didnt work. got beyond sick of same old music clips. then could feel neck been having problems w lately tensing up. prob pillows need changing and stress it seems. then ate crappy tea and went to bed. so , ate too late in evening re reflux, its not bad, but there, as opposed to absent last few weeks. and headache from stiff neck. so , not doing Anything here either today lol. waiting for rain, ha

@Glisten  last day at course tuesday. supposed to bring snacks. cant decide. overthinking and worrying. need something buy off shelf. cake went down like lead balloon last time. maybe a better cake. or just say to hell with it and get a few pkts of tim tams or crisps lol

The past two weeks I did a total body detox which includes skin detox and my skin is now looking more moisturised, plump, hydrated and youthful. Not bad for a 55yo. My skin got so dry and rugged with I presume pathogens and toxins from years of medicines that it wasn't looking as good as it could have been. I don't believe in creams as they are loaded with chemicals. Anyway was pleased with the result. Will give it another week of full body detox, now migrating onto a weightloss audio from Rife. Have gained since earlier on this year
