Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @TAB have been having issues logging in. Happened again this morning. Was able to get back in just now. Think it may be my VPN or something idk. Haven't been on here for a while because of this. I'm still walking everyday and use a flying fox in the park to improve my grip strength. Have been able to make my way up to 7 seconds. I just do it every day. Grip is an indicator of health and mortality. After 50yo grip goes down. Had a friend who used to struggle opening jars which was a grip issue and she had a jar opening gadget under her bench.  Got to make my grip up to one minute. I originally started at 3 seconds so getting stronger every day. You did recommend that grip machine to me to keep track of your grip. I won't buy it but yes it would be interesting to see how strong grip gets over time

thats interesting re grip @Former-Member  there are playgrounds around me, hidden away in backstreets. I used to just hang from bars on walks at place was at like 20 years ago. sometimes would get a few cracks from back as well lol

Re: Tabaluga's

well I'm showered now @StuF , managed to get quilt centred in cover again instead of having 'empty corner' it developed recently.. sheets were going to leave , but pretty bad, so am washing them. shop soon. craving a milkshake. no deli within 20 miles of here, migh have to get inventive. I need a blender at times like this, only have a juicer.

Re: Tabaluga's
