@lonemushroom yes I wish I'd found this many years ago but I'm glad to have it now. 

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and an appointment on Wednesday that I'm really dreading.

I’m actually similar currently, got a drs appointment on wednesday on the same day as house inspection so I’m cleaning until then, or at least trying to. might end up calling somewhere for counselling tomorrow if I need it

quite nervous about leaving the house with my agoraphobia for the drs appointment

I hate having to clean for house inspections. Hope your appointment goes ok though. Be gentle with yourself.

I completely get the agoraphobia, it really makes going anywhere hard.
