my fur baby is a rescue so mystery - but she’s big. We think probably greyhound x kelpie x Labrador. She is an old lady now (nearly 10) so doesn’t need the exercise but does like to get out and about to leave some pee-mail and have a sniff.
As for my day today, it’s a plan of finalising my packing for my respite break to Echuca tomorrow for a few days away and trying to get a few knitting projects completed - a few unfinished beanies. I’ve got a phone call with my peer worker from a carers organisation calling me to check in - very helpful and I’m glad I’ve been able to access this resource to help me in my new role as a carer to my housemate/best friend as I’ve learnt new skills as to how to deal with certain situations which has been great for me. Later tonight will be chilling out in front of the TV and spending time with my housemate.
