Nooo @ENKELI don't forgive these buggers. Dr Phill is full of BS. I never have and I'm happy as
a pig in a toffee apple store. But you do have to remove all trace of them from your mind and that will take some discipline and willpower. Its not that people screw us over, to me thats just another
brick shower. we can handle that. Its that they enjoy doing so much from there little ivory towers.
I'm a, out of site, outta mind guy. I do what ever it takes to build an mountain range between
me and someone who abuses me. I honestly can't remember the names n faces of my enemy.
Course there's the one in the mirror but I'm cuckold to that master. We barter pain for art.
It will pass, sleep n sleep some more and when you wake, set upon a path to forgetting. A new life is just beyond that place. Your friend tonys.

Tears on the bathroom floor @Former-Member ... Mmmm I'm hoping that's a good sign. Caterpillar, to
chrysalis, to a reborn butterfly..
The trial of metamorphosis has to be painful for your beautiful new butterfly wings to be fully
appreciated. That way we remember not to fly to close to the sun again.
Few get the chance for new wings. When they dry . . . treasure them..
Kind thoughts to you my friend. tonys.

Hey @TAB I'm up early. I don't know what kind of day its going to be today. I could possibly squeeze in a walk.
@Oaktree suggested a walking app which I am going to give a try. Have installed it on my Android.
How is your health going @TAB?
@Dimity has got me in some good habits with resistance bands.
I have a old piece of Tesla healing technology from the USA which I bought last year & was unable to get an electrical converter for. I was trying to find an electrical store but DickSmith closed down and there was no Radio Shack either.
Jaycar is an electrical store I had not heard of which is local. Spoke to an electrician from them on the internet and will go into Jaycar to talk to someone to see how to use the device with a converter to be on the safe side.
The device has been around since last century and was used for all kinds of health applications. I intend to have it in my first aid kit apart from using it often for my skin

You know I had reasons for suspecting it was a really woke company @TAB which I won't go into reasons for here. But their converters looked better quality than Amazon. I don't know where else to go TAB. I checked out Amazon reviews for similar converters which looked even flimsier. Got some bad reports from people who bought on Amazon. I don't know of any other electrical companies. Did see Bunnings was selling travel converters...
