Yes I know. When I applied you could get it even if you were in rental. The only problem is the landlord can put up rents if you yourself install it. You are still entitled to rebates with Solar Victoria as a tenant. But the situation is getting worse out there. Winter will be difficult. I'm getting my thermals organised for winter soon as my old thermals have had it @StuF

I wish I had air con too. I am starting to wonder how I live without it. It has been deathly hot this past two weeks in Perth. Its a bit cooler today but then really hot again. When will summer be over?

I know @Oaktree I feel your pain. Have lots of sympathy for folks living in your situation.  I guess I was just fortunate to have an extra thousand to buy aircon with the govt rebate. Its still only in one area of the house though in my room so I don't have the full advantage of aircon in the living room.
