@creative_writer @Former-Member I just went onto try and update my study details through my centrelink account just now, however...the annoying thing is is that when it got to the 'what is your level of study?' question, out of all the options that's shown from the selection list, only the Undergraduate Certificate option was not included. They do however have the Undergraduate Diploma option included on there though, but the undergraduate certificate is not the same thing as an undergraduate diploma.. 😭😭

@Former-Member it sucks the mousse is no longer available. I’ve seen multiple products discontinue, it always makes me sad because then you have to find a replacement.

@Blackcloud it’s to discuss my circumstances for Job Seeker. They didn’t really specify, but I’m guessing it’s related to the call I made earlier in the week. I know it’s really stressful calling them and their wait times can be crazy. I always recommend calling first thing in the morning or making an appointment with them. You can also make an appointment with them online and they’ll give you a buzz around the appointment time

Thank you for reminding me for that! 😄 How's it going with being under job seeker at the moment - in terms of dealing with the employment services and looking for jobs to apply to meet the mutual obligations? 🙏🏻

by the way guys, looks like I'm gonna have to call my new university's Disability & accessibility support services tomorrow in order to book an appointment to speak with an advisor regarding the access plan that I'll need in terms of my disabilities and the adjustments I require when it comes to my studies and the upcoming assessments
