Hi @Shaz51 I hope you are well, thanks for asking.

@Glisten @ENKELI I did similar to you, by the sounds of things.

I've been in overwhelm for the past 4 days, due to a series of events, during most of this past week.

Too many stressors at once.

The Disability Employment Service Jobsearch Provider decided to book several of their Appointments on top of my essential (Health & Support) Appointments, which were already Pre-Booked (by me) - They did not even ask if I was available at those times.

The fallout from that has gone on for days....

Anyway, I manged to get my birds all cared for - did Aviary maintenance yesterday.

Gave them some yummy Nasturtium leaves to eat - Which my Canaries & Finches absolutely love (they ate the lot).

Had a Massage today, which helped to bring my tension & stress levels down a bit.

I put in an Online Delivery Order for some Cat food, Bird seed & stuff.

Then went to the Chemist this afternoon, & did some grocery shopping.

That's the best I could manage today, so that will have to do.

At least Ticking things off my Shopping (& To-Do) List gives me a sense of achievement, so that helps.

@Jynx Jynxy absolutely 💯 % my own origin seat weave design. Self taught. All cord joins are hidden.

It took me 4 days of staring at the Jarrah chairs 🪑 for the design to appear in my head.

The stools and the table I knew what I was going to do before I started.

I’ve got 4 chair frames waiting for me at the Shed.
