@PeppyPatti Peps I’m not sure what genre you are into. The best podcast I have ever heard is Tales of Britain 🇬🇧 and Ireland 🇮🇪 by Graeme Cooke.
He researches and narrates Folklore stories, with a little modern day commentary.
The guy is an absolute bard.

@tyme How are you my friend? I was discharged from PARC on Tuesday. I’m home now. I’m in the midst of a brutal taper. They decreased my medicines too fast and it’s been hell. They said they were in a hurry as they didn’t want me to stay more than the 2 weeks. They’ve now sent me home while I’m still tapering and having pretty severe withdrawals. In 7 days they decreased current meds [edited by moderator]. Then introduced a new med at a low amount and 3 days later doubled it [edited by moderator]. This caused serotonin toxicity and severe high blood pressure.
PARC had no discharge plan in place. While I was there the psychiatrist was in on my first day then went on leave. Quite a few workshops were cancelled too. The participants were lovely and a really good mutual support.
I still have more tapering to do. Yesterday I was in crisis and my psychologist helped. I think PARC should have been slower on the taper and introduced new drug slower and kept me in longer.
Any ideas on how I can get through this from home?

@PeppyPatti How are you lovely? Quilting is such a good thing to be obsessed with! I’ve always loved quilted things. Have you made anything?
