I hope it all goes well for you @STAR68. I don’t remember mine as I was floridly psychotic at the time. Just be as honest about what you can and cannot do as you can. I was lucky that my assessment was done by a panel (doctor, social worker and psychologist). They all agreed I had a severe psychosocial disability.
