Hopefully you can do
it again @Hopeandlove
Sometimes the little joys in life are the most cherished. I feel like you’ve helped me to really understand that

@Snuggles when I closed my eyes I imagined myself waking in amongst the trees with the birds flying past me. I tried to take as much in as I could 💙.
Doing gardening in the backyard sounds enjoyable 💙.

Hi @Hopeandlove
Hopefully, soaking up some sun today will help you sleep better tonight.
If not, instead of soaring like a majestic eagle, imagine yourself as water. Picture yourself as a wave, rolling gently toward the shore, then washing over warm tropical sand before retreating back into the ocean. Feel the sun’s warmth on your surface, the sand beneath you, and the salty breeze in the air. Now, drift into the deep, where darkness surrounds you, only to rise again, breaking through the water’s surface as sunlight sparkles all around. Float peacefully, weightless and free - completely at one with the ocean.
Hugs,
Snuggles 🐬🦭

It must have been so amazing to get out into the sunshine ans see and feel the nature around you. Even the butterfly joined in and came to say hello by the sounds of it. How thoughtful of the nurse to bring you the rose. They really are a special group of people. It sounds like you are in very good hands with them.

That outing sounded wonderful!
I tried to create a picture of it but chat gpt wasn’t having it. You will have to relive it just in your memory. So glad that the Nurses got you outside for a little while.

I really hope you get that opportunity again @Hopeandlove
@Snuggles has described a nice scene for you. The dolphins and fish could also be moving through the ocean with you and when you break the surface you could see the crabs scuttling across the beach avoiding the pecks of the flock of seagulls. The dogs on the beach could be frolicking in the little waves breaking on the beach

@MJG017 they have been so understanding and made the outing special for me. The butterfly topped off the trip outside 💙

@Till23 it would be nice go outside again. It was only a short visit out there as my heart rate and oxygen levels began to drop so they had to get me back in.
I love those extra details and I will add them in when I am thinking of that scene tonight, thank you 💙.
