Hi to anyone else here too. 

 It took me until 4pm to shower, dress, put my makeup on and a prn to go food shopping. 

But, I did it. Phew!

The world seems a scary place for me again. Back to square one, but at least I have strategies to try and get on top again. Slow process. Ugh!

Aching and ready for a relax in front of the TV. Home and Away is my bit of normality, lol. 

I hope the bbq went ok @Former-Member and your visit with your sister @Zoe7 

Hope you had a relaxing time with your art @Faith-and-Hope 

I tried drawing a while ago, but depression and problems took over. 

Anyway. Try and have a relaxing evening  everyone.

I had something really important to write so sorry for not responding sooner.

I am okay @Snowie My NRL team just won so that has given me a little pleasure for today. It is great that you are home and I hope the kids (and you) had a great time. Are the kids back at school tomorrow?

@Former-Member I used to watch Home and Away but haven't for several years so have no idea what is going on there - but mum and dad still watch it lol Well done on having a shower and going to the shop - I actually need to do the same (minus the shower - that can wait until tomorrow now). Hope your cuppa hits the spot Hon
