Reign those thoughts in. I felt abit the same today . Isolated . Alone. A sense of distrust in everyone . A sense of resentment for feeling how i feel. 

Maybe look in the coping box and see if something new turns up . Might be time for a change in routine.

Takes a lot of courage to breath when there is lots going on. Beathing is a work in progress but it helps me get back to reality.

The compost bin is done. 60 bucks from aldi and there are already food scraps in it. I think this is going to be a small little project on the side lol.

Sister is doing recycling. Most of the chores are done. Will wash up stuff when there is more from dinner.

Gonna watch the rest of my movie now. Sunlight was nice. Sweated out a little which was good too lol

..try the Stranger method of compost @MDT  lol I just throw scraps on back lawn, birds come and eat it.Simple.
