S.H Relapse

TW.

I haven't been on here for a while, so hey guys!

I was doing very well on the no self harm front, I think it was 8 or 9 months. However I have now relapsed.

I tried to fight it, I left the house, called lifeline was on hold for a while but I gave up.

I am not proud of it, I was triggered because I had a minor disagreement with my housemate (I was in the wrong, I apologised) but honestly I have been thinking about it for weeks and I just relented to the intrusive thoughts.

I am not a danger to myself, it sounds so gross but I have a methodical approach to S.H, it's not life threatening and it doesn't leave lasting scars.

anyway just wanted to share my disappointment, I can't say this to anyone in my real life.
