Hey guys it's been a while but I'm really struggling again 😪 I've been in hospital and it was so good being able to talk and relate with other people but now I'm home by myself and I am full of anxiety and worry about my life and my future and I'm terrified of being alone 😔 I said something impulsive to my son and he's cut me off and the person I was seeing has cut me off too ,even though they were very toxic to me I can't stop thinking about them. I just want to screammm! 😭

@Thunder Hi Thunder. I’m really sorry to hear you are feeling unwell. I know it is hard. I have the same worries and can relate to how you feel.
It sounds like you received decent care in hospital which I am really happy to hear. It can be tough when getting back home can’t it.
I hope people can understand that when someone is sick they might say things they don’t mean. Empathy can go a long way. I hope your son is able to see that it’s a tough time and that some love and support would help right now.
Things will get better. It takes time and sometimes comes in smaller steps instead of one big one.

Hi there @Thunder
hospital to home is such a huge transition. And soo hard to be unable to stop thinking of someone even (especially) when we think or know they’re not a good fit for us.
Thanks for sharing your loneliness with us. I, too, hope your son understands that it can be easy to say things we don’t mean or that come out wrong when we’re in a bad place.
I hope you’re being gentle with yourself, and feeling a bit less alone.

It really is a huge step from hospital to home. I do need to be more gentle with myself. Thank you so much for your support 🙏
