Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Everything is hopeless, from work, to issues with kids/parenting, health, finances. trapped and just not able to be hopeful. Feel alone in life in general, have tried so much to be ok. Even today, walked for an hour, and tried to reach otu again to the person im meant to talk to but could hear and feel the disregard and the fact that i really dont matter to her in the tone of voice. not sure how to hang on until the appt that i know will have no further ideas or options for support.

Hi @Millieme
I know you've posted in a thread that says you're not looking for a response however I'm going to send you an email to check in that you're able to stay safe while you're waiting for that appointment. Take care.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

hello and thank you @Eucalypt

I real like to respond to your message @Millieme Heart and send you lots of hugs my friend

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Still feeling troubled about my little sister and how the doctors say she has cancer. I guess I feel sad too, I cannot stand the thought of her hurting in anyway. It beaks my heart.

However I do feel less troubled about all this other information I was hoping to send to her. It took me most of today to get my muddled brain sorted to compile and organise everything and type it all up. 10 pages of info. But I feel like a heavy burden has been lifted there. It's just its hard to think logical sometimes.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please
