Real estate has told us there is good interest for this weekends open house for both houses. One person is coming from.over 4 hours away to check out our house. That is encouraging.

Re: Supporting my wife who lives with Borderline Personality Disorder while maintaining self care.
Feeling rejected and alone tonight.
Had a lengthy discussion with S2 after youth group (I into detail in the meeting the needs of children thread) he is really struggling and it is something I need to manage and support him in because would be too much for darling.
Well when we got home I really just needed a hug from my darling for some comfort and to feel loved and appreciated. But out came the ice queen and froze me out. Sometimes it is harder than others but tonight especially it really cut and hurt. Just feel like curling up and crying. Have to stay strong though and pretend all is good or everyone falls apart.

Re: Supporting my wife who lives with Borderline Personality Disorder while maintaining self care.
While things are ok at the moment we started today with another heated discussion.
Seems it is ok for darling to reject me but when I accept that rejection and walk away to do my own thing then that equates to me rejecting her??? As hard as I try I cant understand or accept how that works.
She is in a hole at the because the house has not sold yet despite solid interest. I am hopeful of a contract or at least an offer to negotiate by the end of the week.

Agent is currently negotiating an offer on mum and dads house @Former-Member and expecting someone to come back to ours during the week for another look. Most people who came through today didn't like the ground because it's not great for gardening.

Re: Supporting my wife who lives with Borderline Personality Disorder while maintaining self care.
Had another couple view our house today.
Wife is in love and sold. Hubby sulking about wanting a bigger shed. So we wait some more.
R/E told the person looking at mum and dads house she was being unreasonable and maybe she was looking at the wrong house for what she could afford. Waiting to see how that goes. She has gone away to think about it.

Re: Supporting my wife who lives with Borderline Personality Disorder while maintaining self care.
@Determined, are you in the Northern NSW/Southern Qld drought affected area? I know even crummy soil can look good when the rain's around, but once things dry out it shows its "true colours".
Soil can be improved, but as a keen grower-of-plants I can understand people wanting it to be ready to go.
