Step by step
Taking it one day at a time.
Trying to remember all that I have and being grateful for that.
Trying my best to relax. Keep myself happy, calm and safe.
Sometimes end up long periods in bed but it feels safe.
Keeping my thoughts positive and trying not to punish myself.
Been reading, and trying out meditating. Controlling my breathing when I start to get overwhelmed.
Also have medication to help.
Try to tell myself that I'm doing a good job.

@JayL Sounds like you have been having a hard time but you have some good strategies. I find mediation apps help me to go to sleep. Finding things to be grateful for is helpful

Yes, reading can be good too sometimes to get tired and fall asleep.
Yeah, worrying about work, finances and bills would keep you up. It's been a rough time with the coronavirus. You can only do what you can do. 😊
