@Shaz51 I am at home now thanks @Shaz51 @they told me it could be stress and all related to the sleep stuff

@ArraDreaming I am so sorry to hear about the migraine and how you are feeling. I can imagine that would have been such a scary experience Heart So glad your partner was there to help you get the medical support you needed in the moment. Hoping you feel better soon Heart Are migraines something you have experienced before?

Hi @Daisydreamer yeah so I used to get these headaches like I can only describe as head in a microwave headaches in hindsight probably migraines but nothing really helped they were just awful felt like my head had been put in a microwave and the door slammed shut and then turned on, this morning was like that, plus the dizziness and the feeling of just overall unsteadiness 

 

thajso for you support I’d be interested in some of that help and resources if you have any time to chat @Daisydreamer

They said to come back if it doesnt go away in a few days its just so on and off i feel ok now but i didnt about an hour ago I dont get how they call this a migraine

What symptoms are you having @ArraDreaming , an hour ago and now

They called them vestibuler migraines or something like that @Shaz51 feel like everything is moving and the headache is not that bad it’s other stuff and just threw up everything I have eaten i have just been laying down in bed for about an hour and feel ok at the moment but every time I move I feel like everything is moving around me, I just want to sleep

I am not kidding when I say I can look at a spot on the wall and it just move from left the right and then back to left and then move across to the right again over and over right now I am ok

They initially said that but now I’m really confused because they said it could also be a virus so idk bloods taken anyway
