Re: GRATITUDE

That's a wondiful thing to be grateful for @Adge I'm also grateful to have my little garden.

Nice thread @Shaz51 Sometimes I struggle with this, as I get caught up in what might have been if various things out of my control had been different.

Nevertheless, I heard a helpful perspective which was to think about things you *have* to do as things you *get* to do. So, I get to clean my little house, I get to go to work, I get to support my kids, I get to work in my garden.

Hey @TAB @MDT @BlueBay @FindingStrength how's things today?

Re: GRATITUDE

Not good @frog

Re: GRATITUDE

Sorry to hear things are not good @BlueBay It's hard to start the day like that.

Is there anything, even very small, that might ease the load?

Re: GRATITUDE

Hi @frog

I finally had a shower. Now sitting outside with second coffee but it's getting windy and smoky.
I have done a load of washing early this mirning and swept the floor.
there is stuff I could be doing but I'm really flat and just unmotivated.

Re: GRATITUDE

Hi @BlueBay it's really hard to do stuff if you are flat. I feel like everthing takes double or tripple the effort. The smoke is getting me down. It's really bad where I am. Media says worst in the world some times. No prospect of better till the fires are out, which sadly could be a long time. I hope today is better. Thinking of you.

Re: GRATITUDE

@frog
