@tyme thanks, the waves have slowed. Just working on staying stable and eating well. ( Somewhat). Have found Dr Mike Lloyd from The CTAD clinic. Very helpful.

Glad to hear the waves have slowed. That's the nature of mental health, right? It ebbs and flows. We've just gotta run with it. @Just
Great to hear you have found some things helpful.

@tyme Hi, thanks for asking. How are U? I'm tired. Cooking a boiled egg with soldier's then off to bed. To toss and turn. But it's ok. I get by. If I try harder tomorrow I might keep it together.

Hey @Just ... if you boiled and egg and had soldiers, give yourself credit.
When you don't have energy, whatever you use your remaining energy on ought to be seen as an achievement.
I can see you are trying and that's all anyone can ask of you.
I'm around if you need an ear.

@balance37 I'm unsure how to proceed. I've only just, over last few months brought myself to do face to face therapy. I'm wanting to go back to over phone only. If this is what I'm feeling should I stick with what I know is best. Or push myself to see her in person.

@Just it depends on why you prefer phone to face to face. If it's a a safety thing, for e.g. you're unsure if you would be able to attend the appointment if it's in person due to dissociation, phone is a great option. It just means your sessions are different because you don't have the body language to draw on, and I find this can be helpful with building rapport and understanding of what is being said is a little easier. At least for me. Is video possible instead of phone consult?
I initially started with F2F sessions, and then at some times I needed to do from home online due to dissociation or too much distress with leaving the house. Essentially, do what is right for you. Maybe you could say to them you'd like to do telehealth for now, but if you feel up to going face to face can you also let them know on the day.
How did you go asking your psychologist about recording your sessions?

See @ @balance37 @tyme I'm scared. That's all. Things I worry about are, my T says she will start the process of introducing each of us. I'm not as scared of that as much as worried I don't have a r strong gate keeper, for my littles. I do know a 19 year old girl watches out for my little girl. I also have a little boy, or at least I m not completely sure on that one. IsVery cheeky. But getting back to worried. I experienced not only childhood trauma but ASE. And feel very worried and guilty that I may have exposed others to ASE without knowing. Do all systems have strong gate keepers? Even under the influence of date rape drugs? Any advice would be appreciated. Sorry if this is hard to take in .
