Yeah those thoughts suck @outlander but you have gotten through this many times. You have your new gp appointment this week so as much as you need that support there is still the anxiety around seeing someone new. Today is just one of those days that you have to get through. Timem for lots of self-care - and I know being alone without your Pop being there often affects you - you don't do well when you are home on your own - so what can you do to distract yourself and keep occupied?
