Hi @Angels333
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling overwhelmed. When is your next appointment?
Please don't be hard on yourself.
Some advice I've recieved before, which I use for all appointments, meetings etc, is to write down talking points before hand. These can be as detailed or as brief as you want, but the key is to give the points to the Dr/psychologist/psychiatrist at the start of the appointment. That way they have an idea of where you want things to go and the pressure is off you.
I'm not sure if that is helpful for your sitution - it's just something that I have found useful in the past.
We are here if you want to chat to us tonight and of course there are places like Lifeline (13 11 14 or Chat) where you can talk to someone now.
Take care

That's a pretty insightful observation, @Angels333
Maybe other members can share how they get into the right mindset before going to these appointment...
Have you got any strategies to get yourself in the right mindframe up your sleeve already?
