The darkness is overwhelming

The lady who organised the meat is a good friend of mine and my allergies are obscure that you don't always think "it could be in this".

My last severe reaction that wound me up in hospital was to pumpkin soup, they had used white wine instead of cream as a base. 

I could eat the salad, the lady on the salad kept one dressing free, it helped.

@avant-garde that makes things hard when it's an ingredient that's not obvious. 

How scary that you ended up in hospital over it. Never would have thought white wine to be in pumpkin soup. 

I'm glad a salad was kept dressing free for you, that's at least something.

@avant-garde that's a long time. Yes when you have something for so long you learn how to cope with it and make sure you are prepared.

I think I'm going to shower and go to bed, but I didn't hate tonight so that's a win in my book.
