@Birdofparadise8 hmm... whenever I have stuff rolling around my brain that I wanna talk to my psych about, I find writing it down somewhere helps. Means it's physically externalised in a way. My psych actually told me that this is a legit important step of processing - if we don't talk about it, write it down, or otherwise express it, it makes it harder to move forward and can lead to rumination. Just food for thought hun.
@creative_writer aww hun, big hugs. Same thing goes for you, maybe if the thoughts are super loud or looping or creating agitation, you could write em down? I hope sleep finds you swiftly 💜

I had done it before I saw your post after the call with KHL @Jynx
She wants me to work out ways to lessen the frustration when I am frustrated at a situation or person so I don't bottle it up and ruminate like you mentioned.
