Why can't my mum respect my boundaries regarding the bathroom? I'm on the phone to her and we are talking and then next minute I hear her doing her business in the toilet. Like I've told her not to do it when I'm on the phone to her. It's bad enough when my dad doesn't shut the door when I'm home.

I feel honoured, and can relate much to these words. For some reason today I really slowed at work, my performance measurably affected. 
And your words to the psych and aha moment are only too true. 
The same as you, I know right now it’s all I can do.

Hello @ENKELI ..   I read you post last night and was more than a bit worried about you. 

So  after my usual midnight cocktail from the Hospital meds trolly,   I wrote back to you.

Now strangely,  when I revisited your ,  and my posts.  I saw they were way back on page  472

of this thread .   Ether Einstein  was plying his trade or I have pushed some wrong buttons.

It can't be that a thousand pages have been laid down in a thread in one night,      can  it.?

Well ..  anyway I am still worried  about you and I hope my post I send last night makes it to your door.

I'll watch out for you my friend.   It sounds like you shared a reflective night with nightmares past.
