Thanks @Snowie
I'm going to the tranquil garden I got for Christmas. It's the biggest on I've got so far.
How are you?

That sounds nice @Birdofparadise8
My daughter has got some flower ones. She likes them too.
My day hasn't gone well.
Are you settled into your new place yet?

Oh no, what's happened?
You can tell me if you want, but I understand if you don't want to @Snowie

Just lots of thoughts and doing some things I shouldn't have done @Birdofparadise8
My psych and pdoc are away at the moment which is not helping.
When do you start uni again?

Oh, are you referring to Sh or something else?
Yeah, that would be hard. Are they having a break?
Not until the last week of Feb.
I saw my psych last week and my new pdoc. The new one is so much better than the one I was seeing at the uni, who then let me go with no other person to go to.
Do you have anyone else you can talk to? I know you've said you don't want to tell hubby everything, @Snowie.
I hope you're safe.

Yes I seem to be good at that. The bedside table was a good one $500 to $150 @Jynx
How was your day been?

Thanks @Jynx just need a break from everything that has to do with me.
Yes. They are both on holidays @Birdofparadise8 so just struggling with the lack of support.
Hubby knows a bit but try not to worry him. Yes I should tell him more but struggle to do that.
I'm glad your pdoc is better then the last one. I finally found one I like after going through quite a few.
Thats when D goes to uni. She has orientation week then.

Any way you could carve out some 'me-time' @Snowie? I'm guessing if it's orientation week for your D it might be tricky hey. I still hope you can find some 🤞
Aww yay @Birdofparadise8 finding a good fit for your pdoc is such a victory!
My day has been alright, just surviving the heat ay. Sucks cos I hate being hot and sweaty so I end up not going for a walk before work, and gotta just do laps of my house late at night lol. Or maybe just have a nice lil boogie in my kitchen. I bought myself some wrist and ankle weights so it really feels like a workout. Do you still go for bike rides in the heat?
