Tw Not Coping

I am thinking 🤔 he must be in a depressed hole this week 

News meds for a week and he still can't sleep 

Results of his brain scan next week

He says something snapped a few weeks ago and he feels worse

Just catching up on this @Shaz51 aww you must have been so worried! Sounds like he's really doing it tough at the moment, which means so are you I imagine. That's super rough for you both 😔

My father was was very controlling,  my mum had a very hard time before she left with me 

My father emotionally and mentally abused me and then physically,  he was demeaning mum and I 

It brought tears to my eyes thinking about it and I said no way
