Ah okay @Jynx

I love it. I'm trying to find a good one in Melbourne.

Do you like chocolate cake?

I do, but it isn't my fav. If I only had choc cake to choose, I'd choose it, but if there was something else like cookies n cream or caramel I'd pick that first!

Re: Not Coping

I'm not sure I'm ready for it @ENKELI

I just feel bad.

Re: Not Coping

Yeah that doesn't sound good. @creative_writer

My psych and pdoc are great. My pdoc and GP communicate about my medication and whether it needs to increase or not. All of mine are. I just wish my GP wasn't pregnant, and she has finished now and won't be back until next year. So sad. Anyway there is another female I like there.

Re: Not Coping

Okay, fair enough @Jynx

What's your favourite ice cream?

Hi @PizzaMondo

How are you?

What's your favourite ice cream as well?

Re: Not Coping

Hi @Birdofparadise8 🙂

Hello @Jynx 🙂 Happy birthday to you, think I am a tiny bit late.. but still.. here's a balloon for you! *hands red balloon*

I'm doing well @Birdofparadise8 - but these posts have now made me crave something sweet.. I love cookies and cream, but my coeliac tummy doesn't like that so much.. so I love anything chocolatey, or caramel, or both!

Recently I had the flavour - SUPER DULCE DE LECHE (super caramel-y, drooling at the thought of it) at Messina and I was a very happy little frog. What's yours?!

Re: Not Coping

@creative_writer I love when someone shares something with you and it sticks with you - makes it all the more powerful and special. I assume that session for you - you felt heard, right?

Re: Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8, bad therapists do exist, I hope you don’t encounter them ever.

@PizzaMondo, yes, I did feel heard. Sometimes I do find it hard to see past what has happened, but I do remember Kintsugi some of the time. It’s hard to think clearly when you’re not triggered.

Hi @Jynx, I hope your bday was a relaxing day for you 🙂

Re: Not Coping

I love chocolate, ferrero rocher, choc mint, macadamia, vanilla. There are so many yummy flavours to pick from.

@PizzaMondo have you had a busy day?

I had my first online uni class today. I've done a bit of study and prepped dinner. I'm having hiney soy chicken legs and fried rice.

Study again tomorrow and then a day of classes on Wednesday.

Re: Not Coping

@creative_writer that is so insightful. It's true, sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees. I have always been good at dispensing advice and got the reputation of being someone who would listen without prejudice and not blab. It made me feel good knowing I was helping but there was no one for me to talk to.

I would try to talk to my ex friend but she managed to always turn it back to her. In the end I stopped sharing with her because she was only interested in herself. She admitted that she needed to learn to listen to others and that she really has no friends. I didn't believe her. I told her I would arrange a birthday party for her 40th and she told me not to bother because she had friends. At the time I felt sorry for her but after the manure hit the fan I realised she was saying it to make me feel bad for her.

I am getting there with forgiving myself. Some days I believe I deserve it more than others, you know how it goes 😍💖

Re: Not Coping

Yeah I hope so well I hope I won't be leaving my current one anytime soon @creative_writer
