Oh I bet @BlueBay  conflicts always send the system into overdrive. I hope it helps to try to remember that is part of it - you'd be chock full of adrenaline and maybe going into survival mode, and it does take a bit of time for things to settle again. In the meantime if you do need to vent you can always reach out to your supports. Do you feel like you need to express your emotions right now, or is it a moment for some self-soothing?

You can also vent here if you like, I'm going off for dinner now but I can check in once I get back
