Today has been hard. I admitted part of my life to my psych. That was hard. The first time I have said it out loud. I haven’t even written here as I’m too scared. 

We talked so much about what happened yesterday and more in depth with other similar incidents. 

I did get so much done though. House clean, sheets changed, dogs bathed, showered and washed my hair. 

I am really hating on myself and wishing that I wasn’t the screw up that I am. It’s really difficult and dark right now. I’m scared.
