Have to drive myself to dental specialist in Adelaide Tuesday @PeppyPatti  dentist in next town says too difficult plus risk factors. See if I can claim travel like for medical dunno oh its tooth extraction.molar.

have you got tools to look up the word anxiety and other words that resonate with you on how your feeling? 
so you can look up words that are exactly not you. Like draw a line and put anxiety on one end then that word that is the polar opposite of what maybe you would like to achieve, that you feel maybe is a dream and maybe you will not achieve? 

It could be 

anxiety……………………………………………calmness

anxiety……………………………………………confidence

anxiety……………………………………………serenity

we don’t want to think, oh this is what you are going to achieve tomorrow or let’s meditate on that word………serenity but what we, that is you and me we are going to think of words step by step of filling in the dotted part. Perhaps tomorrow, you and me can think of a word one step more towards the end result without feeling we are there, just another fill-in word?

my excuse is that I wanted to log into gossip whilst dwelling on how messy my home is getting. Today, I’m going to start cleaning. Just a little bit, just around the family room table.

So your getting a molar taken out? Why are your teeth being so difficult? I cannot believe this dentist nightmare. I went in to the dentist a couple of days ago for a free look he did it for free and I told him, I believe one of my new crowns miss you because they are hurting more, this has nothing to do with me, I’m a very happily married woman. 

a nurse came running in to say big hello to me, I forgot her name. I wish I had a friend to have a nice coffee with. @Meowmy @Glisten @Clawde @ENKELI 
she played us some awful music when a crown was being carved out of my tooth, I think it was called Drake. 

Drake. He’s a multi millionaire for playing electronic music………

I said, don’t you need to take drugs to see this guy play? She said no, she had to work the next day when he was in town. My dentist looked very professional when I was asking her.

on my fathers side, it’s all from Cork. you know, my past family. In England. If I wasn’t so lazy, ide do more research. but I’m doing other things. 
weirdly, on the first of Aprils Fools day, my middle brother got me with a joke that my oldest brother got him on. Then I got my oldest brother on the same joke but twisted it a bit. 

@TAB im on real estate all the time. It’s better than dreaming I’m going to jail because it’s taking so long for my new financial advisor is taking months to sort out the Centrelink and new found wealth thing. 
it isn’t that much either. 

but it’s alll going into teeth. 

As I’m a kind person I haven’t said anything.

so what did you look for in realestate? Did you want to live in Perth originally?

@PeppyPatti I did fifo in WA then moved to kal 2009 for a year after hanging around perth 07 and 08 when on break from work came back was in WA 2010, went to SA, NSW, back in WA 2012, lived in kelmscott after just about buying bentley motel was there that often left perth again 2015ended up in kal again til 2022 ish.  I used to like vic park, used to go there for inductions then to go to pubs. was easy as on albany hwy like the Bentley was ha ha then moved up the other end of Albany hwy re kelm.

Mate who had bought several houses and run a business coached me re house in the end. he said 

1. decide on area 
2. what can you afford
3. be prepared to compromise 

worked for me. why up 0530 ? I'm sometimes up at 3am. I sleep a lot during the day. and dont often sleep more than 2 hours at a time.

if crown hurting, bad dentist. why dental problems ? had them last 10 plus years same teeth filled over and over then root canal the crowns and having to delay stuff etc , lots bad dentists lots sugary drinks, not enough teeth cleaning etc just comes to a point where tooth is no longer fixable and has to come out
