Re: Tabaluga's

Thanks @Meowmy need to do wat dr said and weigh every day then take average per week, said lost nothing b4 , but doubt thats true, could be quite a bit. as could have been heavier than thought at start etc. any hoo

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB very good tabby re weight. Keep positive. Take care. Just did kettlebells. May be you can go to gym?

Re: Tabaluga's

Indeed see how it goes @TAB

Just remember it ain't a race...however tempting that may be

Re: Tabaluga's

@Glisten I was trying to say Pearce without saying Pearce 😎

In honesty it is a shame the forum needs to remain anonymous. I do understand the reasoning behind it though, I am already a half crazy cat lady (only got 2 cats, possibly soon to get a third) and while my efforts at stalking Hugh Jackman have been in vain I am sure if I had more time I could become a stalker. That might pose a problem for some.

Enjoy your Sunday. I am hoping to drag my sorry carcass out to do some shopping and maybe get some real vitamin D.

How's your arm by the way? And have you found a sauna yet?

Re: Tabaluga's

My blood sugar is so normal now @TAB Don't know what it means with continuation of medications for it. Saw other people on here reversing it and the same happened to me! I just have to see my GP and see what she says. Yes keep at it with weightloss. I'm still going. Got to get back into exercise as I was so tired over September. Ready to start walking again. Haven't really gained anything over the past few months just hovering around the same mark on the scales.  I was just so incredibly tired during my b'day month. Astrologers say a month up to your b'day people have intense fatigue. Its a bit of an inside joke in those circles - people have a bit of a laugh over it. Had a friend in Canberra into astrology and she used to say the same thing. Birthing a new cycle or something
