Looked at the link @Glisten Liked that description of content was intelligent enuff to discuss differences between overt and covert N etc
... but sorry got put off by the baddass and f&&&... I see that as a kind of N in itself... so a bit of the pot calling the kettle black. Maybe there is good stuff on podcast but I have been investigating N for about 40 years so ... probably nothing new for me on it. I dont make a big deal about the N ... I kind of seeit as the new saints and sinners dichotomy ... eg "I am an empath and she's a N ..."
People are always more complicated than dichotomies.
Hugs tho. Good to see U.

Two years ago I stumbled across a podcast called Tales of Britain and Ireland by Graeme Cooke from Yorkshire. This guy is a true bard, fantastic storyteller.
Recently Graeme has had Sold Out gigs doing live storytelling Folktale circuits in UK pubs. So successful that tickets are now being sold for a Live Feed gig.
He tells these tales with cleverly interjected, almost missable, modern references creating hilarious asides. This guy is nothing short of a storytelling genius.
Definitely not for children, surviving paganism and a bit folk-horror.
Graeme has dropped another episode. You can find it here.
@tonysa similar sense of humour and uses words to paint a picture.

I listened to this neuroscience podcast this morning.
I think youβre really going to like it.
From the transcript:
βcortisol is the main stress hormone and it will leak out of our sweat about this far around us, go into the skin of everybody else and it's going to impact them. And as a survival mechanism, it will help you to store fat around your abdomen.β
From The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett: No.1 Neuroscientist: Why You Should Always Look Into Someoneβs Left Eye! & How Stress Leaks Through Skin, Is Contagious & Gives You Belly Fat! Dr. Tara Swart, 25 Sep 2023
