@heartathome Thank you for for that wonderful bite to eat. i love Isaiah especially the chapters 41-45. So you sure hit my support button doing that.😁
Yes it has been a hard night, last night i was floored by the nausea and ended up in bed for a few hours to sick to move. i have also been attacked by satan for pimping on him, and he has been making me feel a liar like himself.
However i know from past experience this always happens when we open up about hidden things, the one who wants us to hide our bad life gets upset and tries to scare us from continuing walking out in the Sun burning it off
i've brought it all the Jesus, although i'm sweaty and trauma memories have been plentiful i still slept 5 1/2 hours over two sleeps so that is better than i have done for the last 14 days i reckon.

For me the last 30 years have not only been a physical illness but a spiritual awakening to the fact that Christianity as a religion has NOT understood God's salvation in Christ as was taught in the early Church and that the Word of God is not about debating differences but finding Jesus as the Living Word Alive within as our NEW life. Where in particular the book of Revelation is not AT ALL about our physical reality, nor ever will be, but about our inner world of being gone wrong and where Jesus will appear, be revealed, in us as our LIFE in Him.
i wrote a poem about it.😁
If Jesus comes back to physically burn God's erring offspring, Jeremiah 19:5.
could He rightfully judge those who did the darkness bring? Matthew 7:2.
Would our Heavenly Father's desire then not be totally ignored? 1 Timothy 2:3.
If on captive people Jesus God's holy wrath still angerly poured? John 3:16.
What would have been the purpose of Jesus dying for all of our sin, 1 John 2:2.
when most people who now live will not His salvation win? 1 Timothy 4:9-10.
Would it not be truer when The Son removes all life dwelling in wrong, Revelation 19:11-21.
freeing the captive hearts of people who now still to satan belong? Isaiah 61:1.
Burning all devil's lies out of sinners deceived and worldly minds, Psalm 12:6.
so that a new and glorious life all the lost in Jesus will now find. Revelation 1-3.
This is how i love to read the redemptive story of our crucified Lord. Psalm 22.
All the wicked keeping human hearts captive perishing truth's sword. Hebrews 4:12-13.

Hi @heartathome ,
Sure. I'm a mid fifties female who lives in NSW.
I do like music and have a USB stick of Christian music which is really encouraging.
Today I was reading Luke 1. The gentle narrative of the conception of both John the Baptist and Jesus. The angel Gabriel talking to two people. Zachariah doubts. Mary's amazing acceptance of what the angel says. The grace mentioned in the Holy Spirit inspired responses of Zachariah, Elizabeth and Mary. The promise of comfort to those hurting and a path to peace.

Hi @DownMoreThanUp ,
Thanks for tagging me.
And thanks for the detailed description of your complicated reality.
I love that your love of Jesus shines through it all.
Almost fifteen years ago I had a big breakdown in which I experienced psychosis. It's not good but I love that God creates the brain in a way that it can escape somewhere else when life gets unbearable. I just wish the brain would return to what it was before the incident but it doesn't.

I'm nearly 65 and also live in NSW. I have one adult son who is a pain in the neck! 😆 I'm a female, in case you didn't know! I love your name @Realness . Did you have to think up a name on the spot like I did? I'm glad you read God's Word! I really struggle with it because of past experiences! You can teach me! 💛

Hi @heartathome ,
It was the first thing that I thought of. What's real and what's not real. And if what's not real feels real then it's part of what is real.
Oh wow to you if the first thing you thought of was heart at home!
Since I was 18 - as soon as I was given a copy of the New Testament - I fell in love with reading the Bible. It's stayed with me my whole life. But there is an element to it that now I look up from the Bible and realise I missed out on really living life. Much of my free time was spent reading the Bible. But I do feel a deep inner peace from all those hours with God.

@Realness You are welcome. Good to see you around thank you for the encouragement, at the moment i feel i run very short of myself elsewhere in Jesus. i'm just the bottom of the barrel stuff. i betrayed myself in this alter a believer all my life. i'm not worthy to carry the name Christian. Yet i know Jesus is doing away with all of that and is showing me a future where i can be who i am in Him forever and ever. Such spins me out and has me dropping of anything in me resisting His love in my life.
My two other alters have shown me how to hold onto Jesus despite my feelings but i find this still very much harder to do.
@heartathome @tyme @Appleblossom @ENKELI
It is absolutely flabbergasting what Jesus can do in someone’s broken life. My desire to be evil completely replaced to destroying them from this planet in the name of our beloved Lord.
Such is the love of our Lord Jesus! (believers whole life in Him as described in Isaiah 53 & 54)

Hello again @Realness . My symbol is a heart. Heart and hearts were taken so I looked around and thought I'm at home, so that's how my name came to be. I love the love of Jesus and love to spread it around. I believe God gives me that capacity although I do struggle at times.
But there is an element to it that now I look up from the Bible and realise I missed out on really living life. I wish I could say I had that problem, but I do understand what you mean. I waste most of my alone time on Sudoku or Mahjong, listening to music and drinking coffee instead. Not great.
I think the Bible is essential to our spiritual life. I think understanding it is another thing! I'm not saying I do! The sermon this morning went straight over my head. I did underline one verse but have forgotten it already. It didn't help that I'd forgotten to take my meds for a few days. 💛

Hi @DownMoreThanUp ,
I've read your post a few times.
When I read it I remember a time more than twenty years ago. It was a work situation in which I was under attack from two people. I won't go into the details but truth was far from the situation. Anyway there was an excursion and I was on a bus with both of the people. Challenging! When I got home I remember reading Proverbs. And the power of God's Word was more powerful than it usually is. God's truth shines brighter when it is placed beside a lie.
That's how I find your writing. Your praise of Jesus is stronger because of your challenging situation.

I smiled @heartathome at how your name was created.
Do you include your time on the Forums as something you do when you're alone? Because your care and encouragement is not a waste of time.
Nor are puzzles, games or music. For anyone who has experienced complex mental health I think managing time is different. It's about what is soothing to the soul. It's about what the psyche can cope with. It can be about what the side effects of the medication allow.

I don't include my time on the Forum, @Realness
Thanks for the reminder. I needed to hear that today! You are very wise. Thank you for your encouragement and support. It's very much appreciated! 💛
