Hey @Mooshi - totally understandable! I think even if there has been resolution, big conflicts often create a lot of really heightened emotions - so it's going to take some time before all those stress chemicals work their way through your system.
Do you have some self-care or self-soothing practices you could engage with?

I have regular pain from gall stones but when I was seen by the gastroenterologist he told me it was fatty liver; I was told to go on Optifast to lose weight and the pain would go away.
