I found it was pretty easy & went quick if I did a bit each day. It's cool, peer run so no coddling & lots freedom, you can use med names, dieting terms and say how many kms you hiked! I'm off to the GP today to get a meds change & supplements plan in place - my blood test showed several deficiencies so it appears I was on the right track with supplements. Looking forward to the change, already feeling a bit better for the supplements as some of them are fast acting.
