yeah, been working etc @Former-Member  going to work tonight, feeling a bit funny, well not really motivated, but cant not do it, just have to get there and get through lol only 3 shifts then few days of and going away for work for about 7 days

hope youre ok enough, started taking meds month or so ago , seem to be working

Not sleeping so well. I think I can relate to the feeling you describe.

Whilst I'm also motivated yet somehow things of late seem like a lot.

I may need a couple of days to process my session today.

In a sense I'm having to find new ground.

We are still in shock/disbelief here re the other day. Appointment with specialist today. 
I wanted to reply yesterday, but am having trouble getting on/posting on the forums. Not sure if it's our internet or???
