Hi Peoples.

Still feeling run down. I took things a bit easy today, but I'm not good at going to bed when sick. If I do that, I'm really in a bad way.
I did some gentle gardening. Weeding and pruning in small amounts. I cooked up some stock on the stove at a slow simmer, and have added barley, dried peas and lentils and assorted vegs, so we're about to sit down for a tasty soup dinner. Otherwise I vegged out on the computer.
