I’m trying a hot wheat bag on my shoulders and neck while I read myself to sleep ... heat is lovely ... trying to be less reliant on painkillers for neck and shoulder pains this week ... an experiment week ... fingers crossed .... I had a car accident 6wks ago and whiplash still bothering me ...
